Oleg Krymasov is cofounder of K&M Advisers and acts as Managing Partner.

Oleg’s specialization is origination of debt financing, strategic and financial consulting. His clients include commercial and investment banks, investment funds, services companies, developers, industrial and mining companies.

Oleg started his career with one of the biggest Russian banks in the International Relations Department where he covered the cross-border transactions. He continued his career with Financial Services Department of Deloitte, where he was involved in financial structuring, including securitization and CDO, incorporation of Russian and offshore investment vehicles and funds, due diligence and audit, analysis of derivatives.

Oleg graduated from Financial Academy under the Government of the Russian Federation.
