Due Diligence

One of the procedures that the owners of business regularly undertake before sale of business is conduction of sell-side due diligence – the review of business quite similar to that one that the buyer will undertake. This review helps to identify the main risks, their impact on the price of business and the steps to mitigate them. In most cases sell-side due diligence is performed as limited procedures (i.e., covers only certain areas or transactions exceeding agreed benchmark). We have experience in due diligence and we may offer sell-side due diligence with respect to companies and banks.

Once we obtain information regarding the financial standing and risks we may help our clients in preparation of the dataroom and negotiations with the representatives of the investor.
