Igor Moshennikov is cofounder of K&M Advisers and responsible for operational business.

Igor’s primary specialization is M&A, Due Diligence, financial and holding structuring. His clients include retailers, industrial companies, investment and pension funds, commercial and investment banks.

Igor started his career with Arthur Andersen and continued it with Ernst & Young and Deloitte. His specialization in Big 4 was extensive – it included consulting to commercial and investment banks, insurance and factoring companies, pension and investment funds, private equity funds, IT and telecom companies. He has experience in structuring securitization and CDO transactions, Eurobonds issue, restructuring of multinational holdings, structuring and incorporation holding structures, IPO, due diligence of banks and companies from different industries. With Deloitte he studied availability of Islamic finance to Russian clients. He actively participates on international conferences.

Igor graduated from Peoples’ Friendship University of Russia.
