Dmitry Borisov joined the Company in 2013. He is responsible for M&A activity of the firm, debt and equity fundraising for midsize companies.

Previously, Dmitry held the position of Senior Vice-President in the top-20 Russian privately owned financial holding. There he was involved in management of portfolio companies, strategic and operational planning, investment analysis, M&A, debt and equity fundraising, relationship management with government authorities. Dmitry supervised companies in telecom, development, logistics, financial services, publishing and grocery retail industries.

Dmitry had started his career with KPMG and continued it with Deloitte, where he has been working in corporate finance division on various M&A projects.

Dmitry graduated from State University – Higher School of Economics.
